On 1/5/2023 I ordered a gift basket to be sent to friends in Italy on a specific delivery date. My credit card was charged for the order. The gift was not delivered on the date specified, nor was the gift delivered at all. I attempted to contact the company but there is no phone number to call on the website and no one responded to my emails for assistance. Scam company. Accepted order, did not deliver on time, tried to blame me for ordering of the wrong "menu" even though their own website.

Delivered damaged goods. Blamed courier. Refused to fix despite sending photo evidence of damage - kept asking for more photos even though damage was obvious. Pointed to some arcane tos about how they were not responsible for courier damage even though it was their own courier - and how can...

I ordered rakhi to be delivered to the US on 6-Aug-2016 and I made the payment online. It was supposed to be delivered in next 2-3 days i.e.by 10-Aug-2016. but till now its has not been delivered. I am trying to contact the company from last 3 days but their phone is not reachable. I request the company to deliver it before 18th otherwise return my money.
