Rio technology cmpany is not a genuine company. I got a whatsapp message from this company which offered a part time job of data entry. I and registered in that company. My task was, complete 120 pages in 12 days. After the completion i submitted and they replied that i am terminated. After that they asked 10000 rs to pay. Othewise they would file a case on court. So i gave that money. After i got another call. And they asked 20500 rs to cancel my agreement. That also i gave. Then again got a call from another number. And he said he is calling from delhi court and asking 30510 rs to cancel the case. I don't know what to do. My parents also get tensed about it. Plz help us. I want my money back. Pls do something for me.

But they ask to pay 10000 rupees. And i completed my work and submitted to them.. Then they sent me mail.in that they mention work was not 90% accuracy, and asking penalty amount 10000 rupees. They told me that if i cant able to pay means they legally take action on me..

So please help me sir.. I'm scared please help.. Me.. Thank you

My story is the same, i got a message in whatsapp from one of their employee offering me a data entry job, i paid 300 rps and and did the job of typing 120 pages as per their requirements, i completed this job with extreme hardwork, thought i'd get paid 15000rps out of 25000rps cause they charge their 10000rps as their maintenance fee or whatever for the first assignment... But in the end, instead they rejected my work and terminated my id for 63 spelling mistakes. So they're telling me, i have to pay the fine of nine thousand and seven hundred rps for 63 spelling mistakes!! This is so absurd. I need some assistance or help to get through this. I dont think this company is legitimate they're doing this with so many others also who worked so hard with minimal errors.. Need help with this matter please

But company rplyed me and they said (Dear user, if you want to cancel your work then you have to pay cancellation amount. Of 14500 penalty) and (Dear user if you want to cancel your agreement then you need to pay penalty amount for that, otherwise company will handle it legal way as per the agreement.)

I'm from karnataka, i got a message on whatsapp from rio technology, they asked me to pay 300 rupees and told that it is a part time job. They told they will give 120 pages which i have to type and send in notepad, they took my photo and signature. I have not started the work still but i heard from so many people that this company is a fraud.
Please help me i have not started the work yet i'm afraid that they will ask 10000 as penalty. Please solve this issue

My name is debasish parida i am lokking for a home base job on quiker then i found an job from rio tecnology they told me to do 120 image file convert into notepad file so i accept it then that company have the rule if the i am fail to complete it then i have to pay 9700 but now they told me to deposite 1st 15550 that i deposited then they told to deposite 14950 then i deposited but now they again told me to deposite 30000 sir help me

I got a call and got a message from whatsapp, if i type 120 pages in 12 days i will get 15500 as my salary by deducting 9700 and i should pay 300 as my intial amount. Due to my health problems i finish the work and they said im terminated coz i dont have 90% accuracy and i have pay penalty charges ten thousand and for termination 21500 and also they said i name has been registered in aurangabath court and for the cacellation of my name i have to pay 31500 bt i dont have that much money in the time they gave me... Bt i assure them that i pay the amount within 1 month but they didnt agreed that and they mailed me that they are going to file a case against me in the auragabad court what can i do sir...??

My name is t. Kiran kumar. I use to work in pharma market research analysis company but i was diagnosed with cancer & currently under treatment. As i was unable to work further with my previous company. I planned to help my family financially for treatment so i stared looking for an online job and applied in quikr indeed. I got a whatsapp message from a number describing about wfh job. First they said it is a home based data entry job, i have to send 300 rupees initially as registration fee (I did online transaction) balance 9700 they will deduct from first month salary. They asked me photo, sign & govt proof so i sent them via whatsapp & they made an agreement with all that details. Then they gave me the work of 120 pages to be completed in 12 days. I got doubt about the company and gone through web then i have seen that already many people suffered due to this company & there are many complaints in indian consumer complaints forum. So i intimated them via mail that i don’t want to work and said to cancel the agreement with them. They are asking penality amount & telling that they will proceed legally.

Kindly guide to me how to proceed further & i humbly request you that take a serious action against them so that going forward there won’t be any victims like me.

This company offered me a data entry job they took my adhar card photo and signature and a speech from me.. Rio technology company is a threatning company it is made to suck money from innocents. So i automatically got job offer from a person her name geet joshi. She was the agent she said me to pay 300 rs later i paid and she urged me a make video of accepting the terms and conditions which she did nit explained except that i make mistake than salary will be deducted but later i completed my job. They highlighted my 54 mistakes and later. Akshay mistry named a person mailed me to 9700 rs which is maintainence and utility charges i paid and i wanted to discontinue later a advocate named sandeep sharma called me and asked me to that money i paid and later that advocate said me this is your last payment again another lawyer called and spoked very hard and said me to pay 20000 which i paid now they asking me to pay 30000

My name is anitha... There is a company named rio technology aurangabad, maharashtra for data entry work by home. They told me they will pay rs15, 500 deducting rs10, 000 if i complete the work in 12 days which contains 120 pages and each line consists of 31 words... They told me they want 90% accuracy... I have got only 54 words incorrect and i did submit the work in time too but now they are saying they terminated my id for not achieving 90% accuracy and they also said by mail that i have to correct 108 pages out of 120 while nothing is written about the pages in contract. Now they are asking me to pay rs 10, 000 including rs 5000 for court charges within two days for violating the terms... Kindly go through the documents...

I am sumalatha, from ap, i have received a whats app message and mail regarding database entry job work, actually about the work activity, i had registered in your link accordingly, company had shared me 120 pages documents to do typing work with in 12 days, so i decided and completed the given task with almost accuracy. As of now the people are mailed me that your work is not accurate, so you supposed to pay the amount of 10, 000/- rs.

Even though the people are not properly communicated and didn't given any support from customer help centers. I had completed the given task. I hope this is not a correct way to drop a mail.

Actually i am a housewife i know how i manage my household work and i am facing personal and financial threats. So at this situation i feel that the amount will help me to survive as well, but the people are blaming and pinpointing me.

So kindly consider this issue and make me a favorable solution to resolve at earliest.

Rio technology employee offered me an data entry job through whatsapp. They asked me to pay rs.300 as registration fee. I also paid rs.300. After work completion they said they'll pay me rs.25200. These people contact me yesterday 21.08.19 for home based data entry work, i paid 300rs, they sent work today 22.08.19but i wrote to them that i cannot workdue to medical emergencies at home
But they sent a mail saying i will have to pay penalty as per agreement

To gain a little bit of money through my own means I searched for an online data entry job and I applied for it in "quicker" in their part time jobs category. A few days later I got a call from RIO technology, they offered me 15000rs, for a data entry job with a workload of 120 pages in 12 days.
Due in forseen circumstances I could complete it before time so I tried to contact their helpline and even emailed them for an extension of dates( the option for which was given by them) I got no response and I then got an email saying I'll have to pay 15000 for the breach of contract (10000 compensation and 5000 counsel fee) this I received at 11'oclock in the morning and I called this lawyer Adv SAGAR SHARMA who told me to make the payment by 12:30 or my case file goes through and that a notice will go to my house.
Somehow I managed to collect the amount but I was a late by an hour but through whole time I kept in contact with him and ensured him that I'll make the payment he also assured me that after said payment no problems will take place.
I have proof of payment and as well as the conversation between this advocate and later on during the day again I got call at 3.p.m that I'll have to make another transaction for the closing of the case. I begged him to give me more time so he said I can make the payment by 5:30
And somehow I managed to do that too
Despite this today morning I got a call saying I have to pay 20000 because I'm supposed to sign some documents failure in which will lead to a fine and a notice sent to my house. I refused to make this payment and I haven't gotten a call since
I'd like to seek help to find possible relief and make sure I can file a case against these alleged lawyers.

I hqmad finish the data entry job but they said it does't meet the accuracy, so i have to pay 9700...is it really possible...we are working hard for them and if it doesn't reach the accuracy then why should we pay for utility and maintenance charges...please help resolved this issue...is it a fraudulent company...do i have to pay the penalty they are asking for...or should i just kept silent...because i din't trust them...i already paid 300 for registration charges...and now for id termination they are asking a penalty of 9700

This rio technology is a data entry job. When i completed my work and provided to them they said you have entered the wrong data. Now you have to pay the utility charges otherwise you will get legal notice. So i paid but now they are not responding. I wnt my money back because i have borrowed it from someone. Sir i have searched for part time job and added my phone number on quikr website. The next day i received a online typing job offer with rs 25, 000 salary. I joined them by paying 300 as joining fee, my signature and my licence copy. The workload they gave me was very large and the deadline was 12 days. But i worked more than 6hr a day and finished it and submitted. Now they are saying that i didn't reach the required accuracy. One a single page their are about 1000 words and more in one page. And their are 120 page about 1, 20, 000 words. They say that i have about 54 mistakes.
So i should pay 10, 000 rupees as fine.
I was scared and asked them to give me another workload and a will complete for free.
But they didn't respond and told me that if i refuse i should pay 1 lak rupees.
Then their adv. Mane called me and told me that a case was reported and now they are sending me case and lawyer notice.

Due to some problems i cant complete my work. So they said to pay the 9700 amount to cancel the work. Then i paid the 9700 amount. After one hour later they called to me and said that, you want to pay the 15500 amount for your work cancellation. Then i again paid that amount 15500. After two days back once again they called me and ask 15000.

So, can you please help me sir... I am so scared sir...
