I was given a date of 15.05.2024 12 pm to 2.00 pm for fixing the HSRP.
I have been communicating with Rosemerta and Advait Hundai Mysore since 15.05.24 both are giving vague replies and no solution

Need to escalate as the last date in 31 May
and RTO Traffic police will start penalising me....

I applied online for HSRP Plate All the details were filled and payment of Rs. 782 done successfully (payment ID pay_MiqPrBymijVwxL on 1st Oct 2023 but receipt and order number not generated. Kindly help....

I have requested for a replacement front number plate and uploaded all relevant details as requested including FIR however I have been getting a constant error to upload RC, even after waiting for more than 2 weeks no resolution is provided. I am emailing/calling cxt care on daily basis but to no avail. There is no escalation matrix and you just land up calling the cxt care number who do not know how to tackle a customer. Have...

I Have installed Rosemerta GPS system in my vehcle but it will not work properly .
It has same problem since 6 months but no permanent solution is to provide to overcome this problem .
No person from Rosemerta is resolving my issue .
It shows "non Polling " status GPS vehicle status .
Our IMEI no is [protected] & last updated on 29.09.2021 .
