Rosemerta — HSRP not received

I was given a date of 15.05.2024 12 pm to 2.00 pm for fixing the HSRP.
I have been communicating with Rosemerta and Advait Hundai Mysore since 15.05.24 both are giving vague replies and no solution
Vehicle number KA41N5646. Alto K10 car.
Need to escalate as the last date in 31 May
and RTO Traffic police will start penalising me.
