Rosemerta — Replacement HSRP plate

Hi,
I have requested for a replacement front number plate and uploaded all relevant details as requested including FIR however I have been getting a constant error to upload RC, even after waiting for more than 2 weeks no resolution is provided. I am emailing/calling cxt care on daily basis but to no avail. There is no escalation matrix and you just land up calling the cxt care number who do not know how to tackle a customer. Have emailed to all email ID's available on your website for a solution but no solution is provided as of now.
I have emailed all details including FIR, rc copy, number plate details etc over the email and still waiting for a solution.

This is a real harassment of the customer and wastage of time and respources if you do not know how to fix an error on your online portal.
