Rummy Culture team has blocked my account and they are not responding through emails, in the app its saying that i cannot withdraw my funds.
How can they block my account even after being a genuine customer since 8months.

I have lost almost 2lakhs. I was trying to recover now but they blocked.

Atleast i would request my funds to withdraw.
