A Washing machine was purchased on 29.10.2022 and now we are facing the problem that spinner is not moving, thus awshing aswell as spin is not working. plz arrange to make attend and rectify the problem....

Purchsed semi automatic washing machine vide invoice no 2121/2223/02674 from greast eastern on dt 28.10.2022 but after opening on delivery it was found that the dryer of the machine is broken from the bottom . We had requested to replace the machine but the company representative refuses for the same and insist for repair .
After a lapse of 7 days they have not replaced the same....

I have, been following up with Samsung service center for the last ten days for simple request to repair my washing machine and I have been given a reference of complain [protected], apparantly theres is some part in the machine is not available, and I have been following up with them rather than they should be following up with me, Its absolutely rediciulous with the way they treat customers.
