I wish to bring to notice the modus operandi adopted by my cable operator m/s. Satellite electronics (7 star cable network), mini jewel, shop no. 03, 7 bungalows, andheri west, mumbai... Our tv cable connection blacked out overnight. On enquiring we were told that the set top box is faulty and needs to be changed... On making enquiries it was found out that this is a ploy to make money overnight. They change the settings of set top boxes...

CONSIGNMENT BOOKED FROM BARODA TO BANGALORE ON 23.05.11 DOC NO[protected], A document has reached bangalore on 24.05.11 and even on 27.05.11 the document not delivered by the concern branch and the contact nos are useless no body responded,overall the courier service is worst ever seen the industry.

The company does'nt have a customer care number in their web site and no mail id's are given.
