My A/c No. is [protected] SBT Bank, Pattazhy Branch) I use NetBanking (quick transfer (NEFT))to transfer cash (Rs. 1000) to punjab bank(account no:-[protected]) But I couldn't get that cash, and my A/c shows a debit of Rs. 1000. I called SBT & Panjab bank customer care service to solve my problem. They said that, give a request to SBT to cancel that transaction. they have the liability to solve this. I took a car loan of Rs. 2.5 lakhs on 9.4.2009. At the time interest rate was 10.50%. I remitted @ Rs.4150 for first 51 months and @ Rs.4300 for the remaining 33 months. we went to take internet banking facility for her A/c..

Manager saying if the person have 61 age they will not get internet banking facility..

What is this..??

I am a Customer of SBT, Nerul branch. The customer care department is very very poor. The number which is given in contact no.[protected] is of SBI.
