Compliment of the Season. I have tried to make a payment, but it is not going. This is the response from the site: "You don't have permission to access "http://secure.ccavenue.com/txn/I[protected]" on this server.

I have made payment for online purchase of some materials and i received the acknowledgement from the mail id "[protected]@ccavenue.com". However material not received and when we track the order ref, it shows error. My order no is[protected]. Ccavenue payment ref is[protected]. I don't know whom should i contact to get the material or refund of my money. Please help me....
