Not received my payment back

I have booked ticket (online reservation) for travel from my hometown on 03.11.12 , and at the time of booking i received the message that the process failed . Hence i tried to book agains and again the same message i received that the process got failed thrice. But for all the 3 times the
amount got debited for Rs.357 , Rs.357 and Rs.454. (which was not my mistake). So i did not travel...

Confirmation for the ticket not received but amount debited

Dear Sir,
I booked online reservation ticket on 21.10.2012 from my SETC user account.The confirmation for booked ticket was not received but the amount for the ticket was debited from my account.So please send the confirmed ticket to my email id before my boarding date.
