The Scam; Shengli Telecom has overly high prices and sometime is the only option in area with high building density.
The Lies; The adverting and the usage of Review bots sums that point

Further more the non-existent communication between Users and the Provider is worrying as even cancels of plans cannot be done, After that you got the help...

I have taken a yearly package for internet from shengli telecom which package expiry date:[protected] still their no customer care attend the call.

I have paid for a year whereas for 2-3 months it was very inconsistent. No is there to hear us.

As i am working from home for my office work it is impacting my job.

Since when i got the internet service the problem (Subject) also started from day 1. I complained about the problem everyday and everyday they give assurity that it will no longer happen. But still its been 2 months and i still face the problem everyday. And they won't give refund which was mentioned by their salesman. Even after visiting the head office there was no professional conversation and they not even took my complaint seriously...

Firstly.. None of my calls have been logged in ur system. I have spoken to jahara twice.. Vicky and sweta as well.
Life republic society sector r7 did not have connection till 23rd dec and first complaint was regisrted 12th or 13th dec.
Ur executives have conveyed that due to switch damage problem inyernet was not working and got rectified on 23rd dec 2018. As promised and commitmed in each call the days the services was not there ext had to be done. However after several calls till now there is no ext made and my number.
Hence am leaving the connection and in a weeks time u will loose another 200 customer based on the same reason.
Am also publishing this in social media as public should be aware of how pathetic service you guys provide.

I have been complaining about frequent disconnection by calling the customer care. All they do is release mac and reset password. I[censored] call back. Again for not working they say a person will come. And check. No one comes. And the next day we get a message 'complaint closed
My internet has not been working for a month now. Frequent disconnection and night time it doesn't work at all. Morning it works for a while and again dc. Will be closing my account with them. Very very horrible service.

Shengli discontinued the connection abruptly only after 10 days of connection. They took the money before adding the connection. Customer service is the worst they told me refund will be done in 3 days then 5 days and now they are saying 20 days. Worst customer service ever. Before disconnecting they did not give me any kind of warning. They have my money and they are earning interest on it for more 20 days. Shengli service is very poor.

I took this brodband connection from sengli telecom network service provider before 3 months.
I regularly facing the problem of network connectivity and speed, when i called customer care, most of the time they are very busy, they always gives reason of backup server issue, power point issue and not solving even in one day.
also many times there is speed issues so i recommend customer to not take this connection....

I have take the internet connection of Shenhli telecom but company not provide me full service and I have complaint so many time in the company but company not hear me I have facing so many problems regarding the speed of internet and internet also not working so many days please help me what's should I do.
