Sketchers India Complaints & Reviews

I bought 4 pairs of sketchers in end 2017 for the family from Amanora mall sketchers shop. Theones used by my son and wife just for walks SOLE got detached from the base.Local cobbler glue did not work, it came off again.It requires special factory based bonding process and glue. I contacted sketchers India.First time they flatly refused it as quality, that this was not quality issue.
I wrote again, diplomatic and calculated reply...

I bought One Pair of Sketchers Shoes from Kurukshetra, Haryana Store on dated 19th January 2020 .

After 3 months shoes get damage badly form inside in both Right and Left feet and same was deposited at the same store on dated 25 june 2020
It is more than 16 months gone but still the pair is available at your store and no resolution has been done so far . it is very much careless approach towards resolving the issue...
