I bought One Pair of Sketchers Shoes from Kurukshetra, Haryana Store on dated 19th January 2020 .

After 3 months shoes get damage badly form inside in both Right and Left feet and same was deposited at the same store on dated 25 june 2020
It is more than 16 months gone but still the pair is available at your store and no resolution has been done so far . it is very much careless approach towards resolving the issue . Rather they are giving excuses as it is not a manufacturing fault whereas it is clearly visible that it is a manufacturing fault . i am using more than 5 pair of sketchers shoes also but there is no defect in that pairs . you can check my sale record with my contact no. [protected] which i have purchased from Ambala Haryana store .

I simply want your company to see to this case on urgent basis and replace this defected pair.
