[Resolved]  Sketchers India — Poor quality of sneakers -soles came off base in regular use of only 1 year

I bought 4 pairs of sketchers in end 2017 for the family from Amanora mall sketchers shop. Theones used by my son and wife just for walks SOLE got detached from the base.Local cobbler glue did not work, it came off again.It requires special factory based bonding process and glue. I contacted sketchers India.First time they flatly refused it as quality, that this was not quality issue.
I wrote again, diplomatic and calculated reply came for closer attention by their so called "quality team" and best effort no promise type.
I was told to take the sneakers to Amanora mall pune shop.I took them, handed over and came back home. Before I came back home, I had E mail that we are sorry, can not help.
It is my position that this is poor product, no customer service after sale and refusal to fix the problem even for payment.
I have enclosed Skethchers two sneakers with same problem and good quality Adidas bought 2 years prior to the sketchers showing no such issue even after lot of walking for nearly 2 years.
