I purchased gixxer on march 2019 in delhi, after few months facing the problem of pickup and smooth driving. Now i go to hapur from delhi and faced a lot of problems for this bike, after 60 kms it issue with missing problem in the engine and give an un-smoothness in driving. My return journey so harmful with this bike. I so disappoint to purchase this bike (Brand suzuki). No confident and trust of this bike for future long journey. Also, when i go to anand swaroop motors service centre (Kirti nagar indl area delhi) for repair facing another unsatisfactorily feeling. First it will take 2 days for solution and no tell me what is exactly problem in the bike after many phone. Second day give the bike and says spark plug changed (Cost rs.110/-) and carborater cleaned (Chargable of rs.250/-). I says my bike is guarantee period so why i pay for this type of complaint, then he refused this request. But when i drive bike the problem still same. Then i angry with supervisor and mechanic and say what are you check in two days. According to you bike is ok and money received but actually problem found still same in bike, so my opinion no need to clean carborater (Or you will charged from me), problem is different. Now, he check and found earth wire loose, he repaired it and problem solved. Please treat this matter for suzuki brand trust and service satisfactory.

    Hi,
    I have purchased Suzuki gixxer bike last month. When I had visited for servicing of my bike to the service center that time they told us Original Carburetor is damage from your bike. Nowadays the seller is not responding to me they said to me we are responsible for this issue and Suzuki Service center said to me we are not responsible for this issue.. The Suzuki service center said to me this is not our problem this problem will solve by the Bike seller and Bike seller told me this problem will solve Service Center.
    I have taken Insurance of bike 5years but whenever I tried to Insurance they didn't respond to me.. Actually its problem of Suzuki company because they are given to me faulty bike so please help me.. Otherwise I will take action on Suzuki Bike Distributor and also Suzuki company.
    I have attached Photos of bike and part which is given fault of my bike.

      1. As per the company while buying bike suzuki gixxer it was stated that the mileage of the bike will be 64 km pl and now i m getting 30 km pl after the servicing also.

      2. Recently 1 month before while servicing their was piston issue in my bike, that time it was unavailable at the store and said that it will be available in 1 week, till now after the follow up in the store still is unavailable, so kindly suggest about this.

      Hope kindly understood my problems facing towards yours services.

        Maynay kitini bar complete karte bhi aabhi tak mere gadi
        Ka kam hua nahi mari aur aapka toll-free no par mera no block kiya hai lgta hai kbhi bhi lgta nahi aur dusre no karu to lagta hai aur aaj mane fesla kiya hai ki aapki complete company ki customers corrt may karuga aur aapko mari bate nahi suni hai to aap likar de ki aap ka kam nahi karke degaye krupaya aapka replay de dhanywad

          I Bought my Bike on March of this year in Arun Motors, Madurai, Tamilnadu. When I was driving my on highway and drived my Bike through a small pothole. Now my Alloy wheel Rim is bent and almost broken. So I want to register a complaint regarding your cheap quality Alloy wheels.I want you to take steps regarding this suddenly because failure in wheels itself can result in even death.
          @Anand Hossana : Even i faced the same issue in my brand new Gixxer SF a month ago. Accidentally i ran over a pothole in bangalore due to low or zero visibility and both the cast alloy wheel rim got bent.
          Is it really due to low quality ?
          Does anyone else face the same issue ?
          How to raise complaint ?
          I'm also facing same problem. I bought gixxer one year ago and ran over pothole in kerala due to low visibility at night. I had reported this problem in two service centers and both of them told me that there is no bent. While I'm riding in slow speed I can feel the bent.
          This bike i spent 20k for service till now still it had problem with handling and breaks. One thing is sure that accessories are very cheap that you get repair soon. Even service centres are too worst in hyderabad. Break shoe, disc pads, air filter, mainly gear shift that makes you feel to destroy your bike with anger. If the mechanics are good ok but every one are lazy to do work perfectly they convince us that our bike is perfect. Bloody we are the ride the bike not they. After every service we face new problem.Instead of maintaining this bike with this service better to buy ktm 200

          Hi yes even i also faced the issue.. and spend nearly 3000 to replace new Disc plate and to repair the wheel bent.. pathetic
          How should I register a complaint regarding my issue of front wheel rim bending just for going on a pot hole which even a cycle would resist. When I approached service centre, they say that it should have been done by an accident by hitting other vehicles. But they could show me a single scratch on my bike to prove that it had been through an accident. It's a brand new bike bought not more than 2 months ago...

          ( Just for going on a pot hole which even a Bicycle would resist )
          When i approached nearest suzuki authorised service center, , (chithira motors punalur)
          They say that "" alloys are super quality it is not bended "

          Next day i had reported this problem in another authorised service center (chithira motors kollam)
          They accepted my complaints & proved it is right, , and say that .we are help less
          Work estimate is around 25000, , parts waiting 15 days.
          No warranty, , No claim (because it is not an accident).
          .

          As a customer iam not satisfied - VERY, , VERY POOR QUALITY ALLOYS, ,
          SERVICE CENTER is very BAD, , , , Over all very POOR
          Very worst quality alloys I even didn’t notice the pothole and it’s bended I just serviced my bike and next day I went to take my bike and when I was driving slow I can feel the out in the tyre and I complained it they said you do need to put new alloy wheel . Gixxer alloys are real cheap quality
          My suzuki zixer sf 100 is damaged due to an accident the local service station is lingeringthe matter & not repair my scooter I have inquired for quotation by they have prepare the quotation after my visit & waiting for 2 hours Now the insurance company wants the Bill but they are not responding.

          Same complaint my gixxer also. Worst quality wheel
          I purchased Suzuki Gixer SF 150 from AARADHYA AUTO PVT LTD (Dealer Code - 264103) on 22 Feb 2021.
          As mentioned by other members there is some quality issue in wheel Rim which was brought to notice to service dealer but after one month still the problem was not solved.
          Same problem with me, very low quality rim.
