I want to claim the warranty of this product.There is screen issue....

I had purchased a LENOVO HX06 active Smart Band from your Shop in the help of FLIPKART on Dt. 16.07.2019 (Invoice No-FAB1FU[protected]) now the strap is already damaged and i don't get the strap anywhere, so kindly suggest me where i get the strap....

I have ordered Ck Jacket 5200 Rs on flipkart on 19.01.21.
