We had purchased a Tortilla Roti Maker from Basic Associates on 15 May 2011 from Sakal Exhibition till the time the sale did not happen the representative was very nice and good. But after the sale the service given by Basic Associates Pune is PATHETIC.

I have not yet seen the demonstration from the representative, till date we have called a couple of times on [protected] the person who is picking up the call he always says...

I Purchased a Trotilla rotimaker 3 months ago, from the dealer which is giving demo & selling roti maker in Big Bazar,
while selling they were telling that our service is so good that for any reason we give replacement for the
Rotimaker with in 3 months this is my 2 complaint (issue) after calling to them service they just tell we will send a person in 2 days ...but they never last time they sena a person...

The Torilla Roti Maker manufactures Roti maker using very very poor quanlity raw materials and added to this is their very very poor service.Its now almost 3 months they have taken the unit for repair and not returned yet. They don't even pick up calls. I understand for entire Hyderabad & Secunderbad they have only ONE engineer to visit the sites and same guy has to repair units in their office....
