Received a challan on my mobile of my car Tata Nexon Reg. No.- UP16DA 5967 and Challan No.-UP[protected]. It show the details of violation without helmet and the image shows a two wheeler. This is wrong challan against my car. So please cancel this challan....

We got an a problem. I received a wrong challan. Challan no. UP[protected]. I never parked my car at wrong palace. Picture taken by person at time when i was doing reverse my car. Not sure how can anyone take kind of picture and charge the challan. too disappointed....

I got two echallan at noida for over speeding of 92km/h. For same date i got two different e-challan for same cause. As per govmnt traffice rule two challan of same vehicle, same date and time not possible. My vehicle no. UP78EV8582. Please cancel my dublicate challan accordingly i can fill the penalty without delay

Sir I did not receive any message on my address, phone or email regarding this challan. In challan after zooming I saw the image is of a bike and i rather have a scooty, on which the challan has been imposed. AND i an working as Principle Private Secretary to Smt Geetha Meetina, (1997 BATCH), Joint Secretary in Ministry of Agriculture and farmers welfare, Krishi Bhawan.

I got one message in the morning about challan of Rs 1000 and Reason is Driving Two-wheeled without helmets.

Photos showing in the picture is not of my Vehicle.
My bike is Apache 160 RTR bike (Attaching Photos) and its in Delhi Laxmi Nagar and I (my bike) didn't visit noida from last one week and in the Picture it is showing Scooty activa of someone else. Request you to please check the scotty number.

I have just received an E Challan for my car Innova UJ07BJ 3690 for a charge of crossing the Red Light.

In the photograph it is clearly seen that I have stopped well short of the crossing (There is no Zebra Xg or Stop line)and not jumped the Red Light.
May I request you to kindly cancel the challan as I have waited well short of the Red light and only driven straight ahead on Green signal.

INCIDENT: I was driving my car without seat belt. A police person stopped me near motijheel KANPUR and demanding Rs 1000/- .He was wearing jacket so I haven't seen his name and rank also. I have no sufficient amount Because I was returning from Regency hospital. when I saw in portal the penalty of 11500/- is shown which is not correct.
RESOLUTION: I'm agree to pay correct penalty of not wearing seat belt. i.e. Rs 1000/-

But the Traffic police of noida Gave a challan of Rs 2000 under Section 179(1) for MV 1988.
Kindly check there must be an error. It was supposed to be only Rs 500.

How a motor car owner can be issued a challan for helmet.
Four challans were issued for same offence at same time same place.

I have got a wrong chhalan. There's no photo without helmet but chhalan has done.

I have already wear a helmet but back traffic police capture a photo my bike and they have challan section 194 D of MVA 1998 I am not wear a helmet but photo have clearly show I am wear a helmet so it's a worng echallan and please action in traffic police they have wrong echallan one type of Harreshment in innocent people so i am requested pls fast action and I reslove my problem

I have received a message on 18th june at evening .it is regarding to challan of my bike, when i open the link that is provided in message then i found a heavy mistake by noida traffic police . Because there are available a picture of an another bike that's registered number is something match from my bike's registered number. And i totally shocked after the seen this blame.because my bike still at home from a week .so i want to know what's going on with people . without any guilty they got punishment by these type of e-challan. I'm a women and I got a wrong challan on my sons bike which one is register on my name, my son studying in Mumbai and no one was there to drive his bike In fact we did not even went there since long due to pandemic . Bike is inside the house which is locked and no is there at home who may take out the bike so how its possible !
Although the challan was of October 2020 and and I renewed my Insurance might be in December 2020 till that there was no notice about it, and its recently got updated few week ago in January 2021 . .

Traffic police has filed wrong Challan of my bike DL6SAJ7414 while I am taking U turn to cross the road and also not talk to me in proper manner and when I was asked him that why are you filing my Challan and I will do complaint against you he was replied me that ki fly do the my complaintand at the same time I was clicked his photo which I have uploaded.
