We were extremely unhappy with the service we received from Travelocity. I had made reservations and needed to change the dates of some plane tickets. Everytime I called I was told I would receive and call back and never did. This happened EIGHT times! Finally I asked to speak to a manager and only then were my tickets changed. Erroneous tickets

I have had a terrible experience with Travelocity India. I purchased a Mumbai-London-USA ticket on travelocity India. It turned out that the Mumbai-London segment was a BMI (British Midland International) flight operated by Air India. I rang up Air India to reconfirm my itinerary two days after purchasing the ticket online, and they told me that my reservation details were not available in their database. They told me to contact BMI instead....

Cheating and fraudulent malpractices by non reversing of amount even after 10 days

No Customer Service at all!

I had booked a ticket for a Kingfisher flight for the 16th of February, which I needed to reschedule for the 18th of February. As per the rules, I had 2 hrs prior to the departure during which I could change/ cancel the flight, and I had started calling on the customer care numbers some hrs before my flight, as provided on their website:

REFUSAL OF RESCHEDULING JETLITE AIR TICKET
