We were extremely unhappy with the service we received from Travelocity. I had made reservations and needed to change the dates of some plane tickets. Everytime I called I was told I would receive and call back and never did. This happened EIGHT times! Finally I asked to speak to a manager and only then were my tickets changed. On top of that they had the audacity to charge me Rs. 500 per ticket Travelocity change penalty even after all the hassle I went through to get them to do their job.
