They are asking for deposit the money first i[censored] need a work from home. And its a huge scam...

They have inform me to join for typing work, taken total 15000/- out of this 3000/- processiong fees & 12000/- refundable deposit, but they are not refunging my deposit....

I have signed an agreement with one of the freelancing company for typing work.
For this i have deposited 15000 inr.
Out of this 3000 inr is application processing fees.
In that agreement it is mentioned that i can cancel that agreement at any time and i will get my deposit amount of 12000 inr back.
But now they are not refunding my amount.
Please help me with this matter....

The company is totally fake, they'll make you sign an agreement post the payment which has important issues written about money. The company doesn't have any legal laws to be worked upon. Neither do they own explanations to genuine issues. Do not fall for this scam. They charge a pretty decent amount from you and when you ask for refund after you get to know about their fake polices they back out. Triumph infotech is fake...

They will attract you with money to be paid for typing work but after submission they will reject all your pages giving no money and running away with your money because they sign contract with you.
