I would like to register a complaint against Triumph Infotech And Epub Data Entry as they are tricking people by offering typing jobs and scamming them of their money please find below details of the case.

I had received a call in Sep-19 stating that I have to do 2-3 hrs work and can get upto Rs.15000 I was advised to visit the office there they advised that I have type 500 pages of 30 lines per page and I will get paid as per the below plan:

1. 401 to 500 pages- 150 per page - 60150 to 75000 Rs.
2. 301 to 400 pages - 120 per page - 36120 to 48000
3. 201 to 300 pages - 90 per page - 18090 to 27000
4. 101 to 200 pages - 60 per page - 6060 to 12000
5. 001 to 100 pages - 30 per page - 30 to 3000

I was advised I have to pay Rs. 15000 out of which Rs. 3000 is the processing fee and the remaining rs. 12000 will be refunded in installments of rs.1000 every month for 12 months.

After I paid the money they told me to come the next day to sign a contract. I had to work at home for more than 8 hrs for 30 days and I had completed 131 pages but they first rejected my work saying it is not in proper format and that less than 500 pages are not accepted but I was not advised about it, They said I will not get paid Now they refused to return the Rs. 15000 that they had taken from me stating that it is mentioned in the contract but the money was taken from me first then contract was signed and i was not clearly advised about it so there was no way for me to back out of it.

They are not paying me for the hard work and effort i have done and also they are not paying me my own money they had taken from me either

I was not advised that i will not get paid if there less than 500 pages also I was not advised explicitly if there is any error i will not get paid for that page,

I was not informed that under any circumstances they will forfiet the Rs.15000 that I have paid. Atleast they should refund me Rs 12000 without the Rs 3000 processing fee

Also they told me if I complain it will come on me only because i had signed the contract but i was given incomplete and misleading information.

Please have them pay me for the work i have done and at least return my rs. 15000 that i have paid which is my own money.

These people have set clauses in the contract in such a way that the person's work will not be cleared.

For e.g:

If the page has a single mistake the work is rejected.
If there are other people found typing on behalf of the user the work is rejected, if they had to submit the task to their client they would not be concerned who is typing.
Also these people do not screen the people who they are giving the job. Under the name of training they ask the person to type a few lines but even if there are mistakes the job is given to them there is no evaluation done.

Their website http://www.epubdataentry.com/ does not give any information about the company. and their email address is [protected]@gmail.com. A real company would have their own domain name and website these are indications they are fake fraud company.

Please investigate this otherwise they will continue to scam many other people.
