Triumph Infotech — non-repayment of my deposit money

I have signed an agreement with one of the freelancing company for typing work.
For this i have deposited 15000 inr.
Out of this 3000 inr is application processing fees.
In that agreement it is mentioned that i can cancel that agreement at any time and i will get my deposit amount of 12000 inr back.
But now they are not refunding my amount.
Please help me with this matter.
Sir, My self Siddhesh D. Kosabe. I have major issue from Triumph Infotech which is located at Sakinaka. from this company I pourchase 11 User I'd in that (05 Online and 06 Offline I'd) as per the agreement they didnt follow.
