सर्विस सेंटर/वितरक गाड़ी बेचते समय तो बड़े बड़े वादे करते है लेकिन गाड़ी की पेमेन्ट होते ही सर्विसेज ढीली पड़ जाती है सारे काम बहुत धीमें हो जाते है।खटवानी मोटर, रानीताल, जबलपुर के स्टाफ ने पहले तो बड़े बड़े वादे किए जैसे ही गाड़ी बिकी सबने अपना पल्ला झाड़ लिया।इतना घटिया सीट कवर दिया ही जो 15 दिन भी नही चला, शिकायत करने पर मैनेजर श्री खान ने कहा आप जो कर सकते हो कर लीजिए, मैं कुछ नही कर सकता।

I had given my bullet for service. After service they intimated my bullet mirror was broken during trial. In spite of raising complain to RE company, not resolving my issue.

This scooter mh03dm9314 was rash driving at 9.41 am near sonapur signal bhandup west mumbai 400078 on 16.07.2020. The rider was without helmet with another person.

I purchased activa honda 4g on 21st aug 2017 from binayak automobiles and infras, code no. Wb 170001. Still i didn't get my vehicle registration number and registration certificate. When policy issued to me on 28th aug 2017, having policy no. 1-hbswhqk and reg. No is mentioned in policy is wb01 te 1374. I want to know where is my policy and registration certificate? I want to know that why these type act??? Dealer didn't respond any calls and not giving any satisfactory reply. Dealer is totally irresponsible and worst. Please take the necessary action on dealer.

I brought new access 125 before 10 month from petal suzuki-bopal, ahmedabad. I have many issues regarding my vehicle so i mailed them about it but they makes only fake excuses so i also mail in maruti suzuki company about it more than 2 times but they only response me once now they don't even give response to my complaints. sir, i am praveen , i have purchased second had hero honda splendor which is with Visakhapatnam's registration. i have approached agent for NOC . he has taken but he is no more now. i submitted original RC all relevant documents to get that.. now i want to take duplicate NOC. the vehicle owner also not available. kindly i request you provide the information for getting duplicate NOC.

Cheating SriRam Chits in Cuddalore.......

This is for your kind attention and necessary action for the above subject which is very serious and impacting the poor and illiterate people. The very popular and leading in investment, finance and chits making company cheating the people as well as the government in account (not showing proper calculation for TAX: You may surprise how I know this? If they are not maintain a single customer with their company record how they can maintain numerous customers record. With plan they are making critical position to the customers by their usual utter criminal habits.
They were collected money from the bank by issued cheques as well as they collecting from the customers that due with (bouncing charges) and penalty. They were not include or deduct from the actual account what they were maintain. When it reach final stage they began to ask with the customers as they have due balance with interest (the last they make the delay them self and extend that duration as much as they wants) They were doing even the closed fares also without customer knowledge they make that amount to grow.
When the customers not receive their RC Book , themselves enquire with office that moment only they say with customers that you have to pay this much amount ( They saying it as OD). That time the customer if they are not healthy or aged they may got heart attack ( it make great surprise) to them.
Their activities, oral promises, employees responsibility, placement changing and transfer the employees internally within company one location to another location everything they were doing to cheat the people.
Even the road side robbers may not do such a type of activities.
If it not stopped by the government officials or high authorities, the poor society cheated by such a type of companies will be a infinity.
The truth and justice still if they have life in INDIA it should be prevented.

I am Rehan Nadaf wanted to take this isssue further as i have purchase new bike Bajaj Discover 100cc on 23rd Nov 2011, while taking the delivery the Handle Bar was not appropriate the alignment was bad and i was told that it will be changed if you get into their workshop after a week i went to their workshop they replaced the Handle bar but the same problem was there as before, Again i took the bike to the workshop they said the T Plate assembly needs to be changed, I do not know whether they have changed the same or not but still whin i took the delivery the same problem was continued the handle is not in the proper shape, As per my knowledge and taken the comments from my Mechanic he said that the whole assebly needs to be changed but now they are deniying to do that i am literally very pissed off that spending Rs 52500 is not worth if i am not comfortable with the bike riding posture it strains the hand if you ride continously on the long distances.

And need to travel to my office daily 25 x2 = 50km as well as to meet the clients or supplier in or out of mumbai i need you help as while taking the delivery i was given a note of handle changing i am totally pissed off as i have to travel to my office by Rickshaw daily it spends approx expenses of Rs 150 to 200 per day. I need this matter to be solved asap as they are lease bothered and the ultimate customer stisfaction is not been taken care. I want you to take out the solution if i will take to any other mechanic they say that it has the problem but due to warranty i do not want to do it from outside.

Kindly reply me on the same as i need the satisfaction for which i had spend the money.

Why i will pay again in cash if i will pay in cash then please return my ECS charges as soon as possible in bank a/c ans mail me the attachment and send your people on every month after 13 of th month OR other wise deduct EMI balance from my a/c.

I booked a two wheeler(LT) on ticket booking at 15/04/2011 from yeshvantpur(ypr) in Yeshvantpur hatia express and it should be received on jharsuguda (jsg) on 16/04/2011 but it was not recieved yet. i went to parcel office and met the incharge he told that vehicle went to hatia and will come on 17/04/2011 by train name hatia - jharsuguda passenger but today also i went but it was not came. i need urgent bike thats why i booked the two vehicle in LT. my Luggage ticket number is 279550. please help for ecieving my bike at earliest. bike is booked in my name RAJESH SINGH.

I had purchased a vehicle from modi motors RP Road Secunderabad inspite of giving correct address in writing they have done mistake in typing the address in our temperory registration papers though on the same day we have called and had brought this in their notice but they didn't responded and now they are telling we have to pay Rs.1000/- for the mistake done by them.

I have applied for 2 wheeler loan in your account for which every month ECS in debited which is cleared every month from my bank account but last month it was declined due to my mistake. Against this i made payment through cheque with penality, which is already cleared on[protected] for Rs. 1371/- from my account. But if payment is received why ECS declined charges are being debited in my account 3 times. I want to ask as why & what is the reason for being charged thrice.
Kindly reverse all charges which is debited from my account unnecessary.

Sir, i had taken a loan from GE Money in 2007 my loan gets completed in 18 months.in 2007 one cheque was bounced so I paid a cash on next day to GE;s executive. Now after 2 years when i was asking for NOC they are asking for another 550/- rs. as a penalty which I have already paid in 2007.

I have applied for a NOC letter from your panaji office, regarding my two wheeler model year of 2009. meet with an accident on last month, this matter i want to repair and replace chasises towards the old one, at dealers workshop garage, so this administrative procedure, i wanted NOC letter from your bank for formalities. i spoke to mr.mukund at panaji branch, and i gave him all the necassary documents, but here he is charging me, amount of rs 500/- for a simple NOC letter, i request your bank management to charge less amount instead rs 500/- to rs.100/- because it is for simple NOC letter to change the chasises of the bike. sir i have great respect towards your HDFC bank, because of your good service to the people, and we belive in it. i hope you will do this needfull as soon as possible to me, thanking you in anticipation.

Dear sir,

I had taken a two wheeler loan from your company BAJAJ FINANCE under contract no 73937 for my Pulsar200 motorbyke (Reg no KL 12 D 1350) in 2007 December. I have settled the same about 3 months back after paying all dues+penalties extra, after visiting your kozhikode office where i had taken the loan from. Till now i have not received cancellation letter for the same. After trying so many days, atlast 3 days back only i could speak to the concerned person Mr.Rithesh. He was very harsh to me when i tried to make him understand the seriousness of customer service. He told me not to teach him about his job. Being in service industry for so many years, i was really shocked to hear his comments. I am planning to go abroad on the 25th of this month and iam seriously looking a sale for my byke. Because there is no cancellation letter no one is ready to buy my byke. So, taking all these fact into consideration i request you to kindly send me the cancellation letter for the above mentioned loan and send it to my present address, which is mentioned below, to reach me on or before20th of this month. If i don't receive the same before the specified date i won't be able to fulfill my ambition ie going to abroad and i will loose huge amount of money only because of this.

Once again i request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Sir,
This is Dakshinamurthy, on 28th September, 2009. I was riding my Bajaj Platina Motorcycle bearing registration No.TN20AS 5743 without wearing helmet. This is the first time I was not weared the helmet. Normally, I follow the rules & regulation of traffic and obeyed.

I accept my mistake for not wearing the helmet on riding the motorcycle. On enroute of Maduravoyal Chennai bye bass road the police was caught me and ask for book the case and I agreed to book the case.

The sub-inspector of police is booked the case under section 177 and ask for the fine Rs.100/-, I was under the impresion that the fine would be Rs.100/- for U/s 177. After collecting the police notice copy bearing serial No.3583403 and noticed that the fine for u/s 177 is only Rs.50/-.

When I ask the clarification for the same, I have been told that the fine for Rs.100/- only for this section helment not wearing, that too not mentioned in the details of spot fine. Also, the police said you can claim from court if the spot fine collected is wrong.

Just, I need to know this is correct amount which I paid for spot fine for not wearing the helmet u/s.177. If, correct there is no issue. If, wrong please let me know what is amount for spot fine this section.

On 7th Aprail -08 at time 19:27 i use Axis bank ATM Card ( Card No. 5778. ID no. 0055) at IDBI Bank ATM sardar Petrol Pump marble area Harmara chohraya Kishangargh. Ajmer Rajasthan. i enter for withdraw 15000 Ruppes but no amount i got then i reinsert the ATM at the time 19:29 and then reenter 15000 amount then i got 15000 ruppes but total deduction it show 30000 (thirty Thousand ruppes) from my account but actualy i got only 15000( fifteen Thousand Ruppes in last Transaction). Transcation Slip that i got after second time that No. is as

but fisrst transction that happened at 19:27 i not recieved any transcation Slip

but previous transcation that i take on same day at about 11:57 by which i withdraw 3000 ( three Thousand ruppees) that no. is as
