refund of my money

I had not received my refund for the cancellation of bus done by upsrtc.
Ten days has been passed but no money has been refunded upsrtc, i had already marked complain on mail but no revert from there.
Below pls find the details of the ticket and cancellation message
Pnr:xalm[protected], dated:23/12/2018 21:00, boarding:varanasi, alight:alambagh, seat:19, 20, fare:rs.1080.00/-, toll free no:[protected]

Ticket No:[protected], PNR Number: ANVT[protected], Journey Date: 16/09/2018; Pickup Point: Etawah, U.P. Bus Stand; Drop Point: ISBT Anand Vihar. Bus Timings: 01:39 Pm.
While online booking neither there was Bus Number nor Contact Number of Bus Conductor provided in the ticket. Only Landline number o[censored]PSRTC provided which was going busy most of the time. Anyhow call got connected & CCE told that please wait bus will come soon. After waiting for more than 01 hr (01:30 pm to 02:50 pm) again I contacted UPSRTC helpline number where I came to know that track Bus already left the bus stand at 02:00 pm. It was a great surprise for me. Bus never came to Bus stand then how come bus leave the bus stand. After further enquiry at bus stand I came to know that BUS was standing 300 Meters away from Bus Stand. How could I can imagine that Bus will not come to pick me at Bus Stand (I was the only traveller from Etawah) as I have paid INR 903/-. Why Bus was waiting outside & no one contacted me over Phone Which I have provided While online booking. Why? I have not missed the Bus, rather Bus did not came to Bus stand to pick the traveller who paid her hard earned money. It is really a unprofessional, unethical behaviour by Government Transport System. Since it is not my fault at all, my money wasted & my precious time also wasted in waiting of BUS. I need total refund of my ticket. My money is not black money. It’s hard earned money. Need Your urgent response on this!

UP Roadways Bus No. : UP 16 P9042

I work in an MNC in Noida. I travel by UP roadways daily to commute from Noida city centre to Noida Sector 62. But the attitude of drivers is very rude and arrogant. They think they are God and we are slaves. They should treat passengers with all respect. They do not stop at some BusStops, use such an abusive language with the passengers who need to get down( if passengers says something then the driver sometimes even slap the passengers and beat them).
Today this has happened with me. Driver of Bus No UP16 P9042 did not stop at the bus stop and the ladies who were getting late for the office started shouting to stop at "SAHARA". He did not stop. Lateron, He stopped the bus for a second and then the ladies had to get down in a hurry with traffic coming from behind at all speeds. Fortunately, they avoided meeting an accident.
When I along with few other passengers requested him to stop the bus at "FORTIS" stop, he abused me with all the abusive language he knew and asked the conductor to kick me off the bus as I was standing almost near the exit gate of the bus. I was on my way to office and I did not want to get into any conversation with him so I got down the bus and noted down the Bus No : UP16 P9042. I am lodging this complaint in the hope that I will get the justice.
This attitude o[censored]P roadways drivers has become a routine. I request the government to take corrective action against them as early as possible before they could rule the roadways!!!

I was also present in the same bus.The attitude of the driver was resentful and his language was condemnable.This happened in Bus No UP16 P9042 at around 8:45 AM.The drivers use substandard language and make their own rules of stopping the buses at their own ease.The scene in the morning was really embarrassing.I would request the authorities to punish the driver of Bus No UP16 P9042 SEVERLY for troubling so many people.

I personally have nt experienced the same bt I have seen drivers followin their own set f rules while driving. Infact I have seen traffic police nt takin any kinda action action againt them as they are getting their "HAFTA" without any delay.
No matter what speed they are drivin at and where they are stoppin, driver shud listen to the passengers request and never misbehave at any damn cost.
Here, we need an Interference and action from govt..

Time and Routes
Hi,
This is regarding irregular timings and routes followed by the newly started U.P.S.R.T.C. buses ( Yellow buses ) specifically Bus no 3. On enquiring came to know that the service is very frequent and a bus runs every 15 minutes , however in the morning, mostly we have to wait for for minimum 45 minutes to find a single bus on route 3. even when it comes the drivers are least interested in picking passengers.
passengers have to waive in front of them to draw their attention towards us.
Also the routes are not followed strcitly. each bus on route 3 takes a different road and passengers keep on waiting on the other one :-(
Hope sombody looks into it and helps in resolving this problem

Irregularity in bus fare
This complain is for bus no - UP 16 P 9563
Route - Dhaula Kuan to Kasna via Rajnigandha Chawk
Running Time: 9:35 AM in Maharani Bagh
Today (Nov 18, 2009) morning I took a bus from Maharani Bagh, Delhi to Rajnigandha Chawk, Noida and conductor asked me for a ticket of Rs. 16. Whereas, yesterday (Nov 17, 2009) I traveled for same source and destination and that too from same Bus (UP 16 P 9563) and same conductor asked me for a ticket of Rs. 11.
When I asked him that yesterday you asked me a ticket of Rs. 11 then his reply was - "Kal ki ticket dikha do."
He offered me to travel in Rs. 10 but without ticket. When I insisted that I want ticket then finally he gave a ticket of Rs. 16. Kindly note that it was pre-printed ticket not a machine one.
Who is responsible for these irregularities?
Who is going to look into these matters?

all condoctor & driver of cng buses have no responsibilities for safty because they always rash driving .

this complain is for the route of DANKAUR to G.NOIDA and NOIDA .
sir yahan par cng buson ko koi time table nahi hai jisse daily jane wale logon ke sath sath kabhi kabhi jane wale logon ko bhi pareshani hoti hai aur yahan ke driver aur conducter private auto walon se mile hue hain jisse wo sahi time par nahi chalte hain aur wo pasie lekar ticket bhi nahi dete hain
sir meri aapse request hai ki is problem ka jaroor solution nikale aur me aapse yahan aur 4 bus chalane ki guzarish karta hoon jisse daily jane wale log mst bawale . sir aapki bahut kirpa hogi dankaur wasion par

To day I have travel by bus No. UP16 P 9571, Dadri – Noida Route The Conductor does always misbehave with the passengers. in this bus And Charge the bus fare with out giving ticket to the passengers and demands more then existing fare.
Why do not UPRSTC provide electronic ticketing machine to the conductor to all route. Why do corporation not taken action against the such conductor as this is the theft of Corporation with the witness of passengers.

Sector 35, noida is control and he is responsble for this erregularties and departmental Vigilance looking after these matters or Their Corporate is looking after these matters. the management of corp. also display the Phone No. [protected] in the Bus. Please sent these complaint to the senior officer. to file my complaint.

Non punctuality of Route No. 5 from Sector 12-22 to Noida Ph. II
I would like draw the kind attention of concerning officers o[censored]PSRTC - Noida Depot towards the non punctuality of Route No. 5 (Yellow Bus) functioned between Sector - 12-22 Noida to Noida Ph. II.
Every day in the morning hundreds of commuters wait for the bus, sometimes more than a hour.
On talking with the conductors of the bus, they say there is no specific time table for the Route No. 5.
I request the concerning authority to please increase the service at least 15 minute on office hours of 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. This will help hundred of commuters who daily travel this route to there office/factory in NSEZ, Hoisery Complex and Noida Ph. II.
I would request other daily passangers of this route to please give your comment/complaints so that the matter be noticed by the concerned officers of the UPSRTC NOIDA.

On 01.03.2012 at around 11.15 am one Bus vide No. UP169067 hit my car from back and ran away. Severe damages were there. It happened near Golf course towards going to City centre. Kindly help me and do the needful.
