Sir, while traveling agra to fatehpur sikri. My skybeg beg left inside bus.
It's black coloured.i took the bus from idgah bus stand at 0515.
It's my humble request to find my beg

Maine[protected] me 400₹ ka recharge kiya hai...
Account se paise kat gye or tag me nahi aaye... Please solve my query...
UP13BT4814 ROADWAYS BUS hai...

The conductor of the bus no UP25HT4835 (going from bareilly to badaun at 07:30 pm )asked for 70-70 rs seperately for 8kg nd 6kg weight(approx) packed in cartons. When I said that its a very lght weight and take the charges of one ticket at most then he warned me to pick out of the bus in the mid way and behave very badly.

I had a bad experience with conductor of bus no up78fn5859 on 13 april 2019 from kasmiri gate new delhi to roorkee.

I was occupying seat no 10. There was a vacant seat without any number in front of seat not 10_11. The conductor of the bus forced me to leave seat no 10 stating that it's his (Conductor) seat and in the front seat which has no back rest was given to me. The bus was over crowded.

I am enclosing photo graphs of the bus for your perusal please.

Let me know the outcome of my complaint.

I have done online recharge of rs 500 on 31/03/2017 to my open card number bjrbj[protected] the amount of topup is reflecting rs 600 but in actual the same amount is not credited to my card please look into the matter and help me out.

I board a bus no - UP-17 T-2236 the conductor of this bus doesnt even bother to collect tickets, we have to go from our seat to collect ticket and driver of this bus did'nt return the balance money and when my stop comes MOHAN NAGAR and when i asked him then he use abusive language and tried to hit me,

What is thjis public is being exploited.

mear naam Hemant kumar hai. main muzaffarnagar ka rehne wala hoon. i want to inform you that up roadways's every long route bus stops on the mid point.mai baat kar raha hoon agar aap anand viahar sai baithte hai haridwar, rishikesh and dehradoon wali bus mai to in buses ka mid stop point khatauli bypass par hai. jaha cunductor and driver refreshment,breakfast,lunch and dinnar ke liye apne mann pasand dhabe pe rokte hai. jaha par customer (Passanger) sai every product par 25% extra margin MRP par vasulte hai. agar kuch bolte hai to saaman vapas le lete hai or kahte hai nai milega. itne mai lena hai lo varna apna raasta dekho.or customer ki majboori ban jati hai kyoki uske pass or koi substitute nahi hota khatauli ke andar sai har ek state ki bus gujarti hai koi driver sheetal par rokta hai or koi pooja dhabe par.main yahi ki baat nahi kar raha hoon ye har ek state ke mid poin ke haal hai. kya iske liye hum kuch kar sakte hai.

want to draw your kind attention towards the attitude of bus driver on the route delhi to barely during 2 day bharat band.. They dont stop buses on the authorised stopage and run empty buses. I travel by rohalkhand depot bus(UP25AT0728) on 20feb 2013. You can check through way bill that Half of the seat in the bus is vacent but driver not stop the bus for any single passenger. This type of attitude create problem for passenger. Please take naccesary action to avoid such condition.

Yesterday at evening around 6:30 pm i took a bus from Modipuram to Rohta road (Bus No.UP 15 AT 5197 RUTE No. 12 Ticket No.-009667 dated 07/01/2013 time 18:39:05), i gave Rs. 20/- (RS. Twenty Only.) to conductor, he returned me Rs. 10/- ( Rs. Ten Only) and not give me ticket, i asked him to deduct Rs. 12/-(Rs. Twelve Only) as the fare is Rs.12/-( Rs. Twelve Only) and give me ticket then he replied me that he will give ticket from the next stop(From where the fare is Rs.-8/- Rupees Eight Only) OR IF YOU WANT TICKET FROM MODIPURAM HE WILL DEDUCT RS. 14/- (RS. Fourteen Only), i agreed for Rs.14/- (RS. Fourteen Only), but he give me ticket of Rs.12/-( Rs. Twelve Only) and wrote Rs. 06/- (Rs. Six Only) on the back side of the ticket then i asked him either give me ticket of RS. 14/- (RS. Fourteen Only), OR refund me Rs.8/- (Rupees Eight Only) . Then he talked me very rudely and said wherever you want to complain you do; i will return Rs. 06/- (Rs. Six Only) only but when i again asked not to write Rs. 06/- (Rs. Six Only) on the back side of the ticket then he overwrite Rs. 08/- (Rs. Eight Only) but he said me that he is writing Rs. 08/- (Rs. Eight Only) and go for complain and HE DID NOT RETURN ME ANY MONEY.

It is not a matter of Rs 6 or Rs. 8. Its a matter of doing these things repeatedly, by charging extra amount or by issuing ticket of less fare, so putting the UP roadways in loss. and it is almost as good as 25% of the ticket value, that is going in their pocket as balck money.

Please register a complaint against the Conductor of the said bus, and take necessary actions. Also pls inform me, what actions you are taking.

I Dhirendra singh with my mother pick in a UP Roadwayes (Muzaffernagar Depot) Bus No- UP-11T 4921 From Roorkee for Haridwar on 06 Aug'11 at 2.40 Pm.
Conductor takes me Rs.44/- for both ticket but refused me to give the ticket from Roorkee to Haridwar. when i request him for give the ticket he gave me
Old ticket No -1344515 & 1344516. i refused him to take old ticket and again says
for give me Roorkee to Haridwar ticket, then he says " KEEP THESE TICKET OTHER WISE I WILL DROOP YOU IN MIDDLE".and not give
me the right ticket. then I Call a Help line No - [protected] and complain where individual says me to write an application against it and send to
Muzaffernagar depot.

It my request you to kindly take the suitable action against conductor for his miss behave and not given the ticket and kindly convey me after rectify.
I shall be highly thankful to you.

It is to inform the concerned authority about the pathetic condition of passengers in buses on the route from meerut to ghazibad.The conductor keeps on boarding the passengers as they are commodities.Stoping of bus more then frequently, decreases its speed also.

today i pick up a bus o[censored].P roadways no:UP-25-T-9649 from MILAK to RAMPUR.that was a bareilly depot bus.that bus was going from Bareilly to Delhi.conductor of that bus was drnunk,abusing to passengers.yhe fair from Milak to Rampur is Rs 16/ but he take Rs26/ & didnot gave any ticket.there was 13 passengers from Milak to Rampur.he was saying he par Rs 5000/ per month to ARM bareilly as bribe.it is very shameful for government o[censored]P.plz register my complaint take action against that conductor

I was travelling from Agra to Delhi on 07.11.2010 by UP Roadways Air Conditioned bus number UP 32 BN 7876, and paid Rs. 226/- towards the fare. Firstly the quality of the bus (interior and exterior) was so poor, that I decided not to travel by these buses in future. Secondly the bus got stuck in the between Mahura and Kosi. The conductor Mr. Raghubeer Singh refunded me only Rs. 111/-, whereas I had to pay Rs. 161/- in another so called AC bus o[censored]P Roadways, from the same place to Delhi.

And the behaviour of Mr. Raghubeer Singh was rude, that l had beg for the refund.

My request is, to please look in to the matter, and punish the concerned person.
