i have fill application for pan card on dated 26/01/2016 nd i have paid fee of pan card by oxizen wallet..but fee payment is not updated..

I have applied for PAN Card four months back. I checked the status of PAN card from UTIISL website. My PA Number is AHKPN8400G. When I contacted UTIISL people they were saying that the PAN Card is despatched . I checked here in my post office. They had not received it yet. Kindly do the needful because I have very urgent requirement of pan card. Hoping for a quick response.
My another complain is nobody is picking...
