My TV not working from more than year but still complained not solve.
MY Videocon LED model - VJU40FH-11XAM is not working from long time 1st complained registered on 10-oct-2019. I have registered complained to customer care three times complained detailed find the below but still waiting for your response. without TV I am facing lots problem, if parts not available please provide new TV for me.

I have 2 connections and long term customer with a specific package. Now gradually one by one, you are withdrawing channels contrary to contracted package. This is breach of contract for which i paid annual charges.
Now fade up with your policy, i want to save myself from getting into financial trap.

Hello Sir,
I had log a complaint for repairing my Vediocon washing machine.since from last 5month we are facing problem

they have charged Rs 480 as the service charges and told me that somebody will come to pick the washing machine, it will go for repair and will be back in 3 to 4days.But since then no body has turned up and even hey are not picking up phone .If they can not do their job they should return the service...

It is very unfortunate experience to have a after sales service of vediocon led tv.

i have lodged the complain of 55 inch led t.V for usb not working vide complain no. Gha [protected] dated 01/11/2016. The technician visited my premisis and told us that it is on chargable basis but as i have purchase this product on 10/09/15 from m/s vijay sales with three yrs warranty. For this reason only...
