I booked car scratch repair spray as shown in f advertisement, which was shipped through shiprocket, Ticket is 1550936.However product is not as per specification /as shown in advertisement. It is clear cheating....

We ordered a "Car Scratch Remover Polish" from Mummytrends.com from Facebook. Order was delivered by Vendexa Products, Ghaziabad. We received it on 25oct, 2020.
The product doesn't remove scratch as it states
We have been trying to contact them but no reply. Tel No.
We paid amount Rs. 849 to the vendor. When we opened the box some other product was inside. All documents are attached for your reference.

Ordered scratch remover. Recvd the product with headlight polish. Very small bottles, not like what was advertised. Poor quality. Doesn't remove any scratches. It's a fraud company and duping people.
I paid 849 and feel cheated. Want my refund asap...

Hello based on whatsapp advertise ordered the car scratch repair, but on opening the pack it indicaes that it is car engine scratch remover. Nowhere in the advertise is the mention of the engine. All the photos in the advertise show scratch removing on the sides of the car. This is open fraud done by the company and i demand refund of the amount. You can take back the product if you want....
