It has been more than 2 weeks I returned a product and have not received any refund pf RS.2549 yet. Have tried calling and contact customer services, dropped emails regarding the same but they are just providing just a stupid response saying refund has been processed and will be credited in 5-6 days. I have even asked a call back service to which no one even bothered to respond.

I had ordered clothes from Vero Moda website(Vero Moda.in)...order id ID:#VM21527756, I had requested a return for a black leather jacket which was done more than 9th November but till date(Return Recipet number is[protected] and[protected], I have not got any acknowledgement of it and neither is refund processed. The customer care promised a refund within 5-6 days, however, it has been over 40 days and no one is confirming any date of refund....
