I had ordered clothes from Vero Moda website(Vero Moda.in)...order id ID:#VM21527756, I had requested a return for a black leather jacket which was done more than 9th November but till date(Return Recipet number is[protected] and[protected], I have not got any acknowledgement of it and neither is refund processed. The customer care promised a refund within 5-6 days, however, it has been over 40 days and no one is confirming any date of refund. Infact no one is replying to complaints as well
I have contacted customer care multiple times over the phone, have written ~13 emails to [protected]@veromoda.in to date but I haven't got any confirmation of a refund of Rs 2549/-. By tracking online forums I have seen similar complaints by other customers. Seems like it is a habit of Vero Moda to harass consumers with the refund process.I seek help in immediate refund of my money. Was this information helpful? |
