It has been more than 2 weeks I returned a product and have not received any refund pf RS.2549 yet. Have tried calling and contact customer services, dropped emails regarding the same but they are just providing just a stupid response saying refund has been processed and will be credited in 5-6 days. I have even asked a call back service to which no one even bothered to respond.
Seems like a fraud to me. Such a big brand with such a disgusting customer service.
It seems they are doing the same with each customer.
After so many emails, so many complaints they are not even listening and providing any solution. Just closing the ticket is not enough. You are supposed to resolve the issue as well.
