As part of my movement from Bangalore to Kochi, by mistake I have opted VRL speed for packing and moving. They agreed to pack at source and unload/unpack at destination. I have paid Rs 6000 for insurance as well. But once it reached the destination, no one was there from VRL side to unload/unpack. They (Mr. Vinod & mr. Sumit) gave me quotation of rs. 8500 all-inclusive for packing, loading, unloading, unpacking based on photograph i had sent. They (Mr. Rajpal and 1 more) came to my house. Made a bill of rs. 8500 + rs. 1576 (Gst) + rs. 500 (Packing / unpacking).
They offered insurance @ 3% cost to which i agreed. Not mentioned to...
