As part of my movement from Bangalore to Kochi, by mistake I have opted VRL speed for packing and moving. They agreed to pack at source and unload/unpack at destination. I have paid Rs 6000 for insurance as well. But once it reached the destination, no one was there from VRL side to unload/unpack. They have sent all items in a return truck, with out providing any context to the driver or with out any additional man power. Once it reached the destination, I got to know all these and I have to arrange other people to unload and unpack the items. I have tried to contact VRL Support, Rakesh Payal, Ashish who did the assessment but no luck. They are not at all responding to my queries via phone or email. Aprt from all this, many items are in damaged condition because of the insure/ unproffessional packing. They have taken insurance changes, other state entry charges and toll charges. As per the truck driver, they just paid a sum as it was a return truck, entry tax is not applicable for him. They are not sharing the insurance registration number as well.
They are big time cheaters, unproffessionals, and insurance frauds. Never go to them. I will not leave thism I am planning to move to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
