On the website they displayed 3 good Fastrack Original watches which shows its original price as Rs.9, 999/-
But on this website the offer for these 3 watches was Rs.1398/-.
I had placed the order on the website and opted for the COD mode of payment. I never got any email after...

I need my amount refunded.. It is duplicate.. So kindly send a person and refund my amount. Becoz it is dublicate.. Ihave no idea... I need to be exchange... I need my money... For what # you guys cheating the people... I need to take this complaint to higher complaint... I didnt get what i ordered... There is no option in website to return or something else... I need my money back......

I booked a fastrack 3 watch combo of rs.1398. On october 30. I booked it cod.
A few days later a delivery man called me and delivered the combo. But i didn't get any confirmation mail. Any delivery messages. When i got the package there was three very cheap and dirty watches. There was not even a bill inside the package... I was very disappointed.. I want my refund......

I booked a combo of 3set fastrack watches in watchdeals.in but there is no confirmation mail or sms about my booking but after 2 days blue dart courier called me that my parcel is ready to deliver i wondered and paid rs.1398 and collected it. After opening parcel and looking i came to know i was cheated they placed 3 duplicate fastrack watches which were very dirty in it and sent to me. They are selling fake product by using name of fastrack. I had ordered a set of 3 watches of fastrack company but i received old and duplicate watches. I had tried to ask them for refund but their site didnt show any option. And they are not sending order message. The parcel was delivered by blue dart company. They are making people fraud by using name of fastrack, titan etc. Kindly do something...

Im sanjeevi kumar from chennai. I've ordered fastrack 3 set combo men watches on this website for 1398.00 INR. But i received a fake product also it's a women's watch. Also there is no information for return. And address this issue as soon as possible because i see many peoples had tje same issue with them. They fooled all of them. Please resolve this issue quickly. We need our money back....

This website is posting advertisements in social media.

In the delivery box also there are no details for returning the product.
