I received the tab on 4th may, 2019 and was told that my ward will be getting 15 days for demo and it can be cancelled whenever i want to within the 15 days. I sent a cancellation request and talked to customer care center and through some misunderstanding my cancellation request was closed, i never "confirmed it" and received no email about the cancellation being closed. I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix...

The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.....

The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on...

They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company....

I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador...

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice....

I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic...

Registration for joining in byjus classes has been made by me on 28.04.2019 but due to some problem i am unable to take admission and i have mailed [protected]@byjus.com for refund my registration fee ie 3950/- and given full detail of account for refund the same. Have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue...

I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

This is very disgraceful for an educational...

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done....

We have taken byju's learning product for our son for 10th, 11th and 12th initially. We are not returning product as per policy with in 15 days
We only want to change options that is we want to enrol only for 10th std.

Emi for loan 65000 has not yet been initiated. We are not cancelling product but want product only for 10th std only.
Byju's leaning is not allowing to do so, it is not good marketing strategy to...

The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer....
