What a Fraud.

Feeling like i was duped.

1. Booked with the fuel package and there was no fuel in the tank. Then refueled for 500 took the pos reciept and now the drivezy executive is saying it will not get approved.

2. The end timing was 2:00 am. Car got stopped and due to some problem with the engine it got stopped due to which i was 7 mins late to the drop point. Executive was in the other...

This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better....

I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix...

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this....

I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue...

I came in contact with the byju's through their apartment campaign, two months back. I asked them for a cancellation around 10 days after talking to that guy they gave me a call and told me to use it once i agreed and also asked the person to start cancellation process (Around 26 feb.) and thought the matter is closed. They did not cancel the registration.
I sent the email to byjus support team many reminders for cancellation & refunding...

I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company....

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done....

The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer....

I have enrolled for byjus ias course and recieved my tablet on feb 14. The following week i recieved my study materials.

On feb 26, i have contacted for discontinue of course as i was not able to spend time on it as i am already working. They told they will arrange a call back.

Later i got a call back from mentor, i explained her my problem. The mentor gave suggestion like to continue for one more month and try...

I enrolled for byju's leaning app for my daughter. We received the product on feb 28. March 7 and 9th i informed that i don't want the subscription. They said mentor will call.

My daughter had exams during that time and she did not use the app. Not she is not using it. Post that we were travelling out of country for 3 weeks.

Post which i spoke to the mentor and told him to cancel. They said that it is not crossed...

The mentors should check the progress of every childay and talk to them about their problems at least every months so that the child can learn well
We don't see any kind of approach from the mentors and are very dissappointed.
We would surely like that the mentors call and try to resolve any issues relating to studies as they do for other children.
I have a friend who also took the scholarship but are getting calls...

3 years course through bajaz loan bearing order no 408remec545508 for 40000 with the help of your executive avinash. But it was cancelled by byjus itself as the downpayment was not received by your byjus executive avinash. So new loan applied again with the order no 408remed403141 for 36000 by paying 4000 down payment to byjus. Here your byju's...
