Krishnagar to ultadanga. Bus no wb63 a5373 started from farakka on 14/05/2018 morning and reached krishnagar at about 12-10 pm. But the bus waited there for more than half an hour, as another bus of wbtc crossed that place before the nbstc bus left krishnagar. I got this bus from krishnagar and had to visit my office at kolkata in time. So i requested the bus conductor to follow the punctuality, but he abused me inside the said bus and insulted me.in the present day of good service from nbstc, i ask you why do the bus conductor misbehave with the passenger and do not follow the time schedule during the journey.
