I went to janakpuri branch of cars24 for my car’s evaluation. They offered me a deal and gave me sometime to accept it. I accepted the deal after discussing with my family and i sent all the documents asked to them for processing but it has been like 3 days that i have not recieved any info on it. And also, those people are saying that i cannot sell my car anywhere else. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My car was valued very low price.
The Customer care service is not picking my call.
The Whole business of Cars24 is to give maximum price to customers but this is a myth.
Many car dealers are Offering me double price than Ur Cars 24 car valuation.
Thus it was Utter Dissatisfaction.
