Dear cars24,

Please avoid my previous two mails. Thank you for acknowledgement.
After reviewing the terms and conditions along with the rate of interest (Specifically) i have to change my decision. Since the rate of interest is not same as committed to me over the call, which resulted to forfeit my decision.
My case which is (Rate of interest not as per commitment) not mentioned/listed in the terms and conditions i request you to refund the amount i payed for the car.
I had a word with one of your executive, kundan kumar regarding the same but he refused to acknowledge his false commitment and our conversation was not fruitful.

I hope all of you including senior staff members of cars24 will take this on priority and build trust with your customer (May be not now, but in future for sure). I will be waiting for your response.
