I have booked a car from CARS24. The loan for this is approved and sanctioned by the finance department of the CARS24. After that CARS24 sent my file to ICICI Bank for loan sanction. When loan was already sanctioned by CARS24 then why they sent my file to ICICI Bank. It means they have an idea to make any kind of fraud with me. The Car booked is cancelled by the seller as CARS24 is not going to make the full payment of the car to seller, when the seller talked to CARS24 employees then they told him that this is company's policy to make some payment after approx 1 month, for that seller was not agreed, then cars24 executive told him to cancel the deal if he is not agreed and seller cancel the deal immediately and sold his car by outside agents. I have already given Rs 10000 as advance payment as token amount to seller and Rs 13000 to CARS24 as commission. But from Cars24 I got the SMS of RS 8260 only. where is my RS 4740. When I asked then they told that this is the commission of Seller side then he asked me to deduct this amount from the seller final payment.
Now when the deal is cancelled from CARS24 and seller side, my payment is stucked. Seller just refund me Rs 6000, while I paid RS 23000 in total. It means I don't got the car and paid RS 17000. Neither seller nor CARS24 is refunding my amount to me.
What should I do. Please help me.
