I had got my Baleno evaluation done two weeks back. After that I received a quote of Rs 512412. The justification given was I being the second owner on the RTO paper, since my husband had transferred it to my name. After that I was received incessant calls from cars24 to ask whether the quote was acceptable? My expectation was Rs 6lacs. Lastly I got a call from sales department that they would put my car in 3rd party auction and whichever is the highest bid, they will give it to me the next day..since I didn't receive the call, I called to perceive the same. Again I was told that they would do the auction and give me the quote the next day. I waited till today. I made atleast 4 calls to the customer department and they transferred my call to grievance but after waiting I never got through one...Thanks for the wonderful response.
I was referred by my brother hence I resorted to Cars24 but all was in vain.
