Cars24 Services — car sold and rc not transferred

I have sold my maruti suzuki alto k10vxi on 11th march 2020 to cars 24 sector 20, dwarka, new delhi outlet. During the time of selling of my vehicle i was promised and was given necessary documents stating that the car will further be sold and rc will be transferred on new buyers name within a span of maximum 180 days. Its been more than 180 days and i have been following up with cars24 customer care team, along with the person incharge at cars 24 outlet who took the delivery of the car that i sold. They are unaware about the current status and are not committing any time frame for rc transfer on new buyers name. Have raised several complaints, but till now i haven't received any call to solve the issue.

Moreover would like to mention that the person incharge at cars24 outlet does not pick up any calls. Kindly help.

Updated by vikramsehtya No update has been received yet from any member of Cars24 team. Now I firmly believe that Cars24 is just like any other road side car dealer. Lacking professionalism and customer support. I even raised a complaint many days around 2 weeks back and was provided with a ticket number 328525. No message, no call, no email reply has been received from Cars24 team yet. The car was sold on 11th March and I was committed a time period of maximum 180 days for RC transfer. Its been more than 230 days now. Totally disappointed with cars24 team.
