[Resolved] Cars24 Services — car that I purchased

On 20th june i purchased used maruti astar and made the full payment of car including 3000 rs for service charges and 4000 rs for rc transfer. On the day of payment rm informed me that in 2 days he can send the receipt of payment made to rto. Its been 10 days pass documents of the car has not been sent to rto. And i got to know that bank noc is missing. How can they give me car without proper documents. It was very bad experience. 1 day i was told that documents has been sent then 1 day they said noc is missing. Whats going on. Why cant they be honest with their words.

I want either the rc tranfer on my name or give me the original rc and refund my 4000 rs, so that i can send the documents to rto at very nominal fee and get the rc transferred.

I am sick of listening to fake promises, sometime he said Its back end responsible. Now i relay doubt the intention of this RM.
