Address: Kindly Resolve my issues as soon as earliest. |
Dear Team,
I have been following up on my matters since the last three days but in absence of any active and quick action from your side, I have no option but to initiate the legal recourse against CARS24 and the persons involved.
Complete sequence of matter are as follows
1. I sold the vehicle on 01/12/2021
2. The car was never got transferred to new owner
3. Now on 27/04/2022 I received a call from Bhalswa dairy (IO: Sachin Khatri) police station summoning me to visit the police station as registered owner of the Vehicle.
4. Even after sharing the information with CARS24 so many times no appropriate action has been taken by you.
5. On a visit to the police station it was discovered that the vehicle was used for illegal smuggling of Liquor.
Now as matter of serious concern I want to raise that :
1. I have a vehicle delivery acknowledgement receipt which clearly mentions that " CARS24 shall be liable for any issues, liablities arising out of the vehicle till the ownership is transferred to the next vehicle owner" so in this case ideally any liability arising shall be borne by the CARS24.
2. Since the vehicle was not transferred. Is CARS24 involved in this illegal activity and smuggling of liquor ?
3. It was communicated to me over telephonic call that car was parked at the outlet in our custody however on my visit to police station car was in custody of polce and I am attaching the photographs as proof. Is CARS24 is a fraud company ?
4. Due to all this matter myself and my family is going through a mental tourture and will CARS24 will compensate for that ?
5. I sold my vehicle at ~76K and will CARS24 will bear all legal expenses and my loss of pay for these days.
If appropriate action is not taken against my complaint with next 24 hours. I shall be left with no other option but to move to courts against the company under Motor vehicle act, Indian contract act, IPC and other available legal remedies
Regards
