[Resolved] Cars24 Services — cars24- no payment deposited even after 10 days

I have sold my car swift lxi on 14th feb and handed over the same to cars24 sarjapur, bangalore center of 17th feb 2020 (Application [protected]). There was agreement that payment will be made in 3-4 days but even after 10 days and even raising customer ticket (249658, raised on 23rd), no payment has been made. Even no call had been made by cars24 on sharing the update on ticket/payment. This is very pathetic service, i thought that cars24 is best in car dealing in india but with such kind of service, commitment, they are losing their brand value.
