Cars24 Services — Cheating by not paying balance money

I sold my car to cars24, I was given around 20, 000/ and with held Rs 10000/ and was told that Balance amount of 10000/ will be paid after 120 days and earlier if the car registration was done. I got a call after around 100 days and was asked whether I can visit RTO. Inspite of me saying that I can visit the RTO, the call was suddenly cut. Now they are telling that I refused to come and not paying the balance amount of Rs 10, 000/. I am telling that I am Ready to come but still they are not paying.

Please do so and get back.Rs 10, 000/ is a big money for me and it is 1/3 of the transaction money.I want to give some benefit of doubt before taking an agressive action by filing police complaint, etc.
