Cars24 Services — Complaint about not payment of my challan amount withheld, which I have cleared

I sold my car to Cars24 on 17th March (Car No. UP14BQ5942) and they withheld INR 23, 948 for challans pending. I personally cleared all my challans online & court. Now when I asked them to pay my balance amount withheld, they have paid only INR 13, 000 and saying they have held back balance as they have cleared the challans.
Need help to get my balance payment of INR 11, 000 plus INR 10, 000 (they held for Party peshi in UP) which I now doubt that they will pay either.
