Cars24 Services — Extra charges deducted as a bouch charges but no emi was Bounced

Please share me reason why bounce charges are dedicated with any emi bounced

And i am not receiving any call back from cars 24 regarding my Complaint and they just call again again and asking that do i have to purchase or sale a car

They even don't know about my query
